From the south: Clough Pond is located about seven miles north of Interstate 393 on State Route 106. Turn left onto Clough Pond Road and the pond is approximately one mile down the road.
From the north: Clough Pond is located about three miles south of the main entrance to the NH Motor Speedway on State Route 106. Turn right onto Clough Pond Road and the pond as approximately one mile down the road.
The New Hampshire Department of Fish & Game maintains a boat launch at the intersection of Clough Pond Road and Berry Road, along with a parking lot directly across Berry Road. These facilities are available for public use by those launching or retrieving watercraft at the pond. The launch is intended for boats up to 18 feet in length.
The Loudon Town Beach is located a short distance farther down Clough Pond Road. It is reserved for use by Loudon residents only. A parking lot across the road from the beach is available for residents displaying a valid Town of Loudon vehicle permit sticker.
Access to the pond is quite limited for non-Loudon residents, except when launching a watercraft from the Fish & Game boat launch. There is no public beachfront available to non-residents.
Personal watercraft and wakeboards are not allowed on the pond, in accordance with state law.
